Expected Result

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. External Career Site > https://ejis.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX
2. Upload the Resume with Address as 'Westbury, NY 11590'
3. Resume Parsing is not working correctly
