On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Project

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contract numbers have undesired spaces in the beginning and at the end which make difficult search them in the OKC tables.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to remove the undesired spaces in the contract numbers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a query with a contract number.
2. Nothing returns back as the spaces are interfering.
3. Have to rerun the query with % symbols.
