Symptoms
After moving data from Oracle version 12.2.0.1.0 to version 19.21.0.0.0.
A SQL statement with LEFT JOIN returns wrong data (not the same as in Oracle 12.2.0.1.0).
Changes
Upgrade from 12.2 to any version from 18c, 19c up to 19.21, or 21c.
