Problem Statement
After running Create Cost Accounting Distributions, the following error occurs on Transfer Order Return Shipment transactions.

Error
The standard cost for this transaction does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce

Execute Create Cost Accounting Distributions.
Navigate to Review Cost Accounting Distribution process and execute query by the process id.
