Symptoms
When attempting to test connection to Gateway API from P6EPPM Cloud,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Cloud not connect to the server. Please check the entered URL or the Gateway Server
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Log on P6 Web in the Cloud environment.
- Go to Administration -> Application Settings -> Gateway
- Click on the Test Connection button.
- It fails with above error.
