Move Workspace Failed Because Of Evaluation Matrix (Doc ID 3003218.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.2 version, Cloud: Schedule, Progress and Tasks

When attempting to move one workspace to another workspace, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Evaluation Matrix of Workspace "xxxx" is different from the Evaluation Matrix of the Workspace "yyyy".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to View all workspaces and selected the workspace needs to be moved.
  3. Click gear icon and Select to move it to the target workspace.
  4. Notification shows it failed with above error listed.
  5. When navigate to workspace Summary & Settings, there is no Evaluation Category available under Dictionary node.
