ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

As per business requirement , we are in the process of automating the Participant Details Import process and in one of the internal oracle meeting we are given below suggesstion to acheive same .
Step 1 : - Create a BIP report in Standard IC Participant Details template format
Step 2: - To schedule the report and compress the output prior to delivery and place the output under UCM server
Step 3 :- To Pick the Content id from Step 2 and call SOAP web service to submit the file
When we are performing the Step 2 we are not able to see incentive compensation related values under account drop down under schedule report option.
