Object Workflow Is Not Triggered When The Opportunity Is Updated By The Partner Sales User (Doc ID 3004178.1)

Symptoms

Customer have configured couple of Object Workflows to send email notifications based on some conditions.

Email notifications are triggered successfully to all the team members in the Team Member sub-tab of the Opportunity, when the opportunity is updated by normal Sales User or Admin user.

But email notifications are not triggered when the same operation is done by Partner sales user.
