P6 Connection to Unifier Projects and Send to Schedule Sheet is Lost During Repaves, Restarts or Upgrades (Doc ID 3004355.1)

Symptoms

In P6 web when searching for Projects via the Unifier Integration, no results or only the last saved project is returned.

  1. Log into P6 Web.
  2. Go to Projects > EPS.
  3. Click the gear icon next to the selected project and click Project Preferences.
  4. Click the Integrations tab.
  5. Select Unifier.
  6. Select 'Link project to a Primavera Unifier project'.
  7. Click Ellipse to search.
  8. No results found.

In P6 web, the Send to Schedule Sheet job fails with error '...Unrecognized token 'Unauthorized...'

  1. Log into P6 Web.
  2. Open P6 project which is linked to Unifier project.
  3. Activities view > Actions > Exchange data > Send to Schedule Sheet > Send.
  4.  Welcome <Username> View Service Status > Locate Send to Schedule Sheet job > View Log.
  5.  See Error: Unrecognized token 'Unauthorized': was expecting (JSON String, Number, Array, Object or token 'null', 'true' or 'false') at [Source: (String)"Unauthorized"; line: 1, column:
