Users With Administrator Role Are Not Authorized To Approve POs. (Doc ID 3004360.1)

Goal

Users with Administrator Role are not authorized to approve POs.

Users with the "APPROVE_PURCHASE_ORDER_PRIV" privilege assigned can see the "Approve" button, but when try to approve the purchase order the system throws the "You are not authorized to approve order." error message.

Users have the RMS_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB_PREPROD and INVENTORY_ANALYST_JOB_PREPROD roles assigned.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Enter to MFCS (any non-prod environment).
2. Create a new PO or open an already created PO.
3. Click the "Approve" button.
- The "You are not authorized to approve order." error message appears.

Workaround: Users who need this permission have to be inserted in SEC_USER and SEC_USER_GROUP tables.
