FAW/FDIP: Data Augmentation Rejected And Pipeline Execution Failed (Doc ID 3004398.1)

Symptoms

After performing Data Augmentation using a PVO and creating Semantic Model Extension on top of that. Notice that the pipeline is not executing, augmentation table is not getting created and the reports built on top of it are failing.

On checking the Augmentation status it shows as "Rejected".

Changes

The underlying Fusion PVO was truncated recently.
