FAW/FDIP: Years Of Service Metric Showing Wrong Results After Applying Custom Line Manager Security

Symptoms
After creating a custom metric Years of Service(V1 Enterprise Seniority), the value shows incorrect results for User A and works fine for User B.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a custom FAW HCM Line Manager Data Security role.
- Add a security filter Core"."Dim - Assignment Manager List"."Manager Identifier" = VALUEOF(NQ_SESSION."HCM_PERSON_ID")
- Login as User B with Service Administrator Role, notice the value for “Years of Service” shows as ‘X’
- Login as User A with Custom Line Manager Security, notice the value for “Years of Service” shows as ‘3X’
