FAW/FDIP: Duplicate Records Shown For An Item Number In Inventory Balances Subject Area

Symptoms
While using the OOTB Subject Area Inventory Balances -> Inventory Item -> Item, notice there are duplicates records for an item number.
However, the custom subject areas with the same table does not show duplicates
For example, of the two records present in FAW, the item with Item Number 112876 for Organisation ID 300000045162012:-
- Record with Item ID 100000009749487 is present in Fusion
- Record with Item ID 100000009338719 does not exist on Fusion
