Goal

Permit was one of the first permits
At that time, there were inspection entries for this permit type that are no longer inspections.
Staff were instructed to N/A the inspection but someone CANCELLED the inspections on this permit.
The permit is trying to get it's final inspection and the system is still seeing inspections those that were disabled and will not allow the final inspection.
The inspections can not be added back on the permit because the inspections are no longer a part of the Inspection group.

WORKAROUND

Enabled the inspections so, that no one can use it and staff can add them back on this particular permit and NA them in order to allow the final inspection.
