FA:SCM:INV Mass Item Replacement Task is not Displayed in Inventory Management (Doc ID 3004643.1)

Symptoms


Mass Item Replacement Task is not displayed in Inventory Management ==> Tasks ==> Manage Mass Replacement of Items after completing the Item replacement in Procurement ==> Purchase Orders ==> Tasks ==> Manage Mass Replacement of Items


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the setup for Item replacement Offering as explained in Bookshelf
2. Make sure that there are Open Purchase Orders in the Organization for which User trying to Initiate
3. Navigate to Procurement ==> Purchase Orders ==> Tasks
4. Click on "Manage Mass Replacement of Items"
5. It will Open Item Replacements Parent Page
6. Select the Specific Organization/All Organizations in which User trying to launch "Mass Replacement of Items Task"
7. It will display the list of all the Open purchase Orders and Line count for which replacement is available
8. Fill all the details and proceed further
Item replacement is done on the selected Purchase Orders successfully
9. Navigate to Inventory Management ==> Tasks
10. Click on "Manage Mass Replacement of Items"
Observed that there are no Tasks displayed
go back to 3rd and 4th step and found that Item replacement Task status is Completed
