Symptoms

Problem Description:

Cancel Offer option is grayed out in Job Offer, Approved state.

Steps:

1. Log in as Recruiter > search for Job Requisitions
2. Select a candidate by clicking on Applications > candidate is in Job Offer, Approved state
3. Click on Actions > Cancel Offer is grayed out
