On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Service Logistics
After 24A update, customers are receiving ‘Bad Request - java.lang.NullPointerException when trying to create Debriefs by calling the REST API: '/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/debriefs', the request fails with below error -
"Bad Request - java.lang.NullPointerException".
This issue happens only when the Debrief header and lines are created at the same time through the REST API.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and open WorkOrder from Mobile app.
2. Debrief the Work order with service charges and/or expenses.
3. Charges not reaching Service Logistics and Billing API failed with ‘Bad Request’ error message.
