Reverse Auto Populate From Single Instance Non-Workflow Business Process To a Project/Shell Attribute Detail Form Fails (Doc ID 3004897.1)

Reverse Auto Population (RAP) from a single instance non-workflow Business Process (BP) (e.g. a Simple Type BP also referred to as Project Information BP) to the Project/Shell Attribute Detail Form fails.


ERROR:

An email is received with error msg "Shell Project_XYZ could not be updated."


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to Unifier.
2. Navigate to 'Project_XYZ' > General > Project Information > Open Project Information BP record > Update the 'Manager' Data Picker field (as an example) and select a name > Save.
3. Note: In this scenario, the 'Manager' Data Element is designed to Reverse Auto-Populate the same field on the Project/Shell Attribute Detail form.
4. Navigate to 'Project_XYZ' landing page > My Dashboard > Details > Scroll to the same 'Manager' field and observe that this field has a blank value when RAP should have taken place from the Project Information BP record.
