Symptoms
Getting following error When user try to pick Over quantity and click on Confirm button
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion SCM Instance
2. Navigate to "Product Information Management"
3. Click on Tasks ==> Manage Item
4. Enter the Item name and click on Search button
5. Drilldown on Item Name with "Root Item organization"
6. Click on Specification
7. Click on Sales and Order Management
8. Under Tolerances Set
Overshipment Tolerance = 50
9. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
10. Search for "Manage Inventory Organizations" task under 'Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management" offering
11. Search for Source organization from which User trying to place Transfer Order
12. Click on "Manage Inventory Organization Parameters"
13. Click on "Item Sourcing Details"
14. Enable "Allow overpicking for special handling" and click on Save and Close
15. Go to Inventory Management
16. Create Transfer Order
17. Do Pick release and Go to Open Picks
18. Select the Lien and change the Picket Quantity to greater than requested Quantity and click on Confirm
It will throw an error message
