Multi sites: Wrong Cart Is Shown after Switching Site (Doc ID 3005018.1)

Symptoms

In the multi sites scenario, when switching site, it may get a wrong cart.

Reproducible steps

1. Login to first site, go to the cart and remember the item(s) in the cart.

2. Switch to second site and add different items to the cart.

3. Go to the cart, notice the cart is that of the previous site.
