Symptoms

While working in P6 Professional for Cloud Connect, user(s) receive the following Event Code while accessing different parts of the application.
If multiple users are working in the application they will receive the error at the same time.


ERROR

EEQER-1179-A
Error executing query. Error: Response status code does not indicate success: 503 (Service Unavailable).

The following error may occur as well:
Primavera.CacheService.Exe
P6 Client-side Cache Error
Unable to communicate with cloud server
