Cash Flow Curves not Pulling Dates from System Activity Sheet (Doc ID 3005077.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 27, 2024

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 24.1 to 24.1 [Release 24.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

The 'Estimate To Complete' Cash Flow Curves are not pulling the Start ad Finish dates from the System Activity Sheet.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The 'Estimate To Complete' Cash Flow Curves should pull dates from the System Activity Sheet. i.e. the From Date and To Date on the 'Estimate To Complete' Cash Flow Curve should reflect the Start and Finish Dates from the System Activity Sheet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Project_XYZ > Schedule > Activity Sheet > Open. Observe that the Start and Finish dates are associated with the various WBS Codes.
  3. Navigate to Project_XYZ > Cash Flow > Project Cash Flow > Open > Open 'Estimate To Complete' curve. Observe that the From Date and To Date are blank (or the values are incorrect).
  4. Note: In this scenario, the Properties of the Project Cash Flow > Estimate to Complete, the Schedule is set up to 'Use dates from Activity Sheet'.
