Fields in Search Page is distorted.

Fields should not be distorted

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Transaction manager
2. Click Search
3. Observe issue with fields

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access search efficiently

Changes

 Upgrade to release 22D or later
