Symptoms

OOTB feature Update Asset Timer not working

When we submit quote, timer action is failing with the below error:

Could not perform Action: Update Asset Timer
Failed to invoke rest service, url:https://SITEURL/rest/v7/assets/actions/synchronize
Action Advanced Modify - Before Formulas failed. Process : Oracle Quote to Order Document : Transaction Action : Update Asset Timer
