Breadcrumbs and Business Process Lists Do Not Display the Selected Project/Shell When Navigating Between Different Projects/Shells (Doc ID 3005203.1)

Symptoms

When a user navigates to a new project/shell while in another project/shell using the "+" button, the details displayed are those of the previous project/shell that the user was viewing before navigating to the new project/shell.

The issue can be reproduced by following steps:

  1. Open Project A and navigate to open a business process record in project A.
  2. Keep the record open and click + to open Project B.
  3. Message pops out for user to select cancel or proceed "You have open windows in the current project. They will be closed and unsaved data will be lost. Do you want to proceed?"
  4. If user clicks Yes to proceed, the issue happens.
  5. It shows Project A is selected but the page shows as Project B page details.
