Fusion SCM RCV: PO Receipt Creation Is Not Working In Mobile App (Doc ID 3005338.1)

Symptoms

Customer is attempting to attempting to perform PO receive in mobile application(Mobile UI) against the PO for a Lot controlled shelf life item.
User entered all the fields and when submit the receipt, it is giving error as "We couldn't create the receipt".

When tried creating the receipt from the Fusion UI, able to create the receipt.

Error Message:
The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred in package name RCV_INV_LOT_VALIDATION_APIS.inv_new_lot with error code 0 and error text ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.

Progress : XXX, Lot: 12345, You must enter a lot expiration date because the lot is shelf life controlled.

The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred while validating the associated lots or serials numbers.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Item need to be Lot controlled and set the lot expiration attribute as User defined expiration date.
2. Create and approve the PO
3. run the Initial Ingest ESS job
4. Open the Inventory Management (New)
Receive Goods > Enter the Organization
5. Scan the PO or Enter the PO number
6. Entered all the fields and including lot and submit
