Symptoms

When attempting to terminate an employee,
the following error occurs.

Error: The benefits relationship name you entered already exists for this combination of person and legal entity. You need to enter a unique name (BEN-991036)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigating to My Client Group - 'Terminate Work Relationship'
