Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An employee is receiving helpdesk notifications to their home e-mail address instead of their work e-mail address

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the e-mail notifications will be sent to the work e-mail address

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a helpdesk service request
2. Update the service request and notify the primary contact
3. email is sent to their home e-mail address
