How to address Ambari alerts with status "UNKNOWN" in Oracle Distribution including Apache Hadoop(ODH) 2.0.3 and Big Data Service(BDS) 3.0.22.

This MOS note provides a patch to address Ambari alerts with status "UNKNOWN" in ODH 2.0.3 and BDS 3.0.22.
The steps are specific for ODH 2.0.3 and BDS 3.0.22. For any other version, do not follow the steps in this MOS note.  Open an SR with Oracle Support instead.
