Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Learner Not Receiving Any Bell Notifications for a Worklist Alert (Doc ID 3005557.1)

Symptoms

Learners do not receive a Bell Notification for a Worklist Alert. The Alerts appear when the user checks their worklist and the notification mode was set to both in-app and ALL but this issue still occurs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. User receives a Worklist related Alert for Learning (any Resource or Event Alert where the option Worklist is used in the Message Recipient).
  2. No Bell notification appears
  3. If user clicks on the Bell and clicks on More Details, they can see the worklist task/ alert assigned to them
