Symptoms
Learners do not receive a Bell Notification for a Worklist Alert. The Alerts appear when the user checks their worklist and the notification mode was set to both in-app and ALL but this issue still occurs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- User receives a Worklist related Alert for Learning (any Resource or Event Alert where the option Worklist is used in the Message Recipient).
- No Bell notification appears
- If user clicks on the Bell and clicks on More Details, they can see the worklist task/ alert assigned to them
