Goal

As Retail Pricing Cloud Service (RPCS) allows you to create price events for inactive item/locs, why doesn't DC_RPM_SEED_FUTURE_RETAIL send inactive item/locs to RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL (RFR) and RPM_ITEM_LOC?
