Fusion Time and Labor: 24A Time Card Classic UI Email Notification Approval Error (Doc ID 3005640.1)

Symptoms

For customers who still use our classic approval notifications without having enabled ELA (Entry Level Approval), when Time Cards are submitted, the email notification that arrives in the inbox of managers has buttons to approve/reject with the Time Card content not shown.

There is an application error displayed in the email body instead of the Time Card. Note that the manager can still approve through the email or go to the bell notification or worklist to view the notification shown correctly with the Time Card prior to approving. This is a usability issue and managers lose the convenience of approving time outside the application.
