Symptoms
Problem Description
After attaching a document from the "Comments and Attachments" region, the document is not available in the Approval Notification or in Transaction Summary View (transaction console).
Environments with 23D or that received 24A during February are impacted.
Following Approval Processes are impacted:
- Change Personal Information
- Termination
- Change Salary
- Manage Job Offers
