Symptoms
In-Process and Decision FYI notifications for external supplier registration requests are not sent to supplier contact only if the below criteria are met:
- If Customer is on 23D or 24A Fusion applications release update
- If the Customer has not opted-in to the new BIP notifications features:
- Configure Supplier Registration In Process Notifications with Business Intelligence Publisher
- Configure Supplier Registration Approval Decision Notifications with Business Intelligence Publisher
