Buyer Filter In Buyer Dashboard Report Is Not Working (Doc ID 3005743.1)

MFCS> Reports > Buyer Dashboard > Buyer filter is not working

In the Buyer Dashboard page, Department and Buyer filters are marked as ** indicating that either of the fields are mandatory.

When filtering:
1. with only Buyer: search does not work and may show "Required filter missing for this report. Please enter Department."
2. with only Department: search works as expected.
3. with both Buyer and Department: search works as expected.

Other symptoms include no results showing after clicking on Search
