Symptoms
We've noticed a problem when joining a table with conditions on multiple existing tables.
This is the original sql:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate query in DTXQL format
2. Run the query and see the resulting sql command
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use multiple joins with multiple alias references in dtxql.
