Error Appearing On Clicking On Actions For Opportunity In Workspace (Doc ID 3005852.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Workspace and Adaptive Search


On click Action against any Opportunity record in Production from any user, the following error message is visible:
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 27, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as5_03, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On click Action against any Opportunity record in Production from any user, the following error message is visible:
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
