A Location's Active Flag Change In The Location Manager UI Does Not Persist (Doc ID 3005885.1)

Symptoms

In 24A If you fetch any location and inactivate the location by unchecking the Active flag, and click finished. Edit the location again you will find the location still has the previous setting on the Active flag
