ERROR When Attempting To Create A Rule From Config Attribute - Related Rules Tab (Doc ID 3005908.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a rule through the related rules tab in the config attribute,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
HTTP 500

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the config attribute
2. Click on the related rules tab
3. Select the option to create a new rule in the dropdown menu.
4. See the error.

Changes

 Upgrade to 24A
