RPASCE Cloud: V23 Workspace Build Is Failing with "DimRegistry::setPhysicalInfos Failed For 'skup' Error" (Doc ID 3005914.1)

Symptoms

When building a workspace with several departments the workbook build fails with the following error in the WbBatch log:

Exception: DimRegistry::setPhysicalInfos failed for 'skup'. Capacity is 4194304 with 22 bits, but the final size after add is 7362031. Please rebuild the workbook to reset the bitsize for the level.
