Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: My Preferred Availability for Interviews is not Being Used When Scheduling Interviews (Doc ID 3005957.1)

Symptoms

Problem:

When an interview is scheduled by selecting, "Use both my preferred availability and my Microsoft 365 calendar availability",  the scheduled interview time is outside of the Interviewer's availability:

Steps:
1. Log into the application and go to Me > Interviews.
2. Select the setting, "Use both my preferred availability and my Microsoft 365 calendar availability", and enter the Preferred Availability time of the interviewer.
3. Go to My Client Groups > Hiring > Requisition Number > Applicants > Candidate > Interviews.
4. Select Add.
5. Using a Candidate Managed interview, when the candidate selects an interview time slot and schedules the interview it is outside of the preferred availability hours that were selected in Step 2.
