Activity Type Does Not Show Up In The List (Doc ID 3005965.1)

Activity Type does not show up in the list

When changing an Activity type within an Activity Details, some activity types that are active do not show up. 

The Activity Type should appear in the activity type picklist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the environment
2. Open an activity
3. On the Activity Details page, click on the Activity Type picklist, and does not appear on the list

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the activity type of an activity.
