Symptoms

Procurement Sourcing customers on Update 23D or 24A who received the latest OCI upgrade, and have negotiations that:

• Use the Additional Email field when inviting suppliers, or have invited supplier contacts that don't have a supplier portal user account (common if creating surrogate responses on behalf of the supplier).

AND

• Perform any of these negotiation actions: Close Early, Extend, Pause, Resume, Cancel, and Create Amendment.

will not receive related FYI negotiation notifications.

Supplier contacts that don't have a user account, or are specified in the Additional Email field on the negotiation will not receive the following notifications:

Negotiation closed early FYI
Negotiation extended FYI
Negotiation paused FYI
Negotiation resumed FYI
Negotiation canceled FYI
Negotiation amendment acknowledgment FYI
