Symptoms

While making payment on Bill Management portal via credit card, getting following errors -
1. Attribute PartySiteID in PartySiteUseEO is required
2. java.lang.NullPointerException
3. Payment 1976812_020724 has been created and applied to the transactions you selected. -- Payment receipt not created at UI
