Fusion Global HR: Cannot Search a Specific Employee in Person Management (Doc ID 3006024.1)

Symptoms

Employee with person number X is active. The employment history shows the last effective start date as 28/05/2023 and this person is still active but when searched in Person Management after 30/01/2024, the record is not fetched.

Queried PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M table and found effective start date as 28/05/2023 and effective end date as 31/12/4712 as expected but in PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F effective end date is showing as 30/01/2024.
