PRC:PO: Buyers and Requestors Are Receving All the Attachments in the Email Notification Once PO Is Approved After 24A Upgrade (Doc ID 3006164.1)

Symptoms

After 24A upgrade, customers faced the issue for Change orders/Purchase Orders POs: attachments from Purchase Requisitions are coming in the FYI Buyer implemented notification.

Attachments should only include the PO pdf.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO
2. Approve PO
3. FYI Implemented buyer notifications should include only PO PDF and not PR attachments (for Approver category)
