Symptoms

Load related items via the conversion tool. Note it fails with below error.

ORA-01722: invalid number@2RELATED_ITEM_SQL.BASIC_CHECKS

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load related items via conversion tool. Make sure the items have alpha numeric value.
2. Note it fails with above error.
