When Attempting to Upload Documents to a Project/Shell Template Unifier Never Completes the Upload and There Is No Error (Doc ID 3006201.1)

When attempting to access the Document Manager - Documents node in any Shell Template the page never completely loads. The processing circle spins, but there is never an error displayed in the user interface (UI) and the page does not complete uploading the selected file(s).

The Documents page should load and display any documents in that Shell Template, or at least display the log with Total: 0 and allow new uploads.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Template > Shells > Projects > Select any Project Template.
  3. Click Document Manager > Documents, Unifier never loads the page and the processing circle just spins and spins for >10 minutes. No error is ever displayed but the file(s) are never uploaded.
