ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to edit the Version Description of a past contract version.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to modify the Version Description of past contract versions.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a contract.
2. Click on History tab.
3. Display Versions section.
4. Click on an old version, try to modify the Version Description - there's no option to modify that information.
