Data Action Link When Including Multiple Anchors Not Working In Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 3006322.1)

In DV, if the same data action is anchored to multiple columns, the data action does not show up in the visualization.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Create two tile visuals in a canvas, for example, tile1 based on measure1 and tile2 based on measure2
2. Create another canvas.
3. Create a data action in the first canvas and include measure1 and measure2 as "Anchor To" columns and set the Canvas link as canvas2.
4. On right clicking on measure1 or measure2 in the tile view, the data action link does not show up.
5. If you include only one column as "Anchor To", then the issue does not occur.
